They only have takeout. The food is delicious. We tried Chicken Mandi and Lamb Mandi. The quality price ratio is good. Looking forward tobtry other dishes.

Best Yemeni restaurant in town hands down! We ordered the Lamb Mandi and Chicken Haneeth both were absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavor, and served in generous portions. Highly recommended! We had a fantastic Father’s Day dinner at Yemeni House Restaurant with my husband and kids! Despite it being absolutely packed (understandably so for such a cozy spot), we were quickly seated, which was impressive given how new and busy the place was—it had just opened the day before! Ordering was done at the counter, and the food was brought to our table shortly after. We tried the lamb Mendi, chicken Mendi, and the fish—all were flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. The lamb especially was melt-in-your-mouth good. I did wish the fish portion was a bit bigger, but the taste made up for it. Sadly, they were out of Haneeth—it must be a crowd favorite, so we’ll definitely be back to try it next time! Service was friendly and efficient despite the chaos, and the overall experience left a great first impression. Highly recommend trying this gem—you can really tell the food is made with care. Looking forward to our next visit!

I had the pleasure of dining at this Yemeni restaurant, and I must say — the Haneeth was absolutely incredible! The lamb shank was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — it literally fell off the bone. The rice was aromatic and beautifully seasoned, with just the right touch of saffron and spices. The crispy fried onions and fresh parsley on top added a perfect balance of crunch and freshness. The presentation was excellent, and the portion was generous. It truly felt like a warm, homemade meal that brought the heart of Yemen to the table. Staff and Owner are very hospitable. If you’re looking for authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, this place is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a food feast catered to our guests from this restaurant. From the point I got in touch with restaurant, till the food arrived, everything went perfectly professional. They took notes of the small details we communicated which was hugely appreciated. Our meal consisted of lamb meat over rice, accompanied by Hummus, white and red sauces, and a fresh green salad. The lamb meat was incredibly delicious, one of the best we’ve ever had! All the sides were fresh and prepared to perfection. I am thoroughly satisfied with our order and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking high-quality Eastern cuisine in Edmonton.

I ordered the Single portion size and it easily serves two , so great portion sizes as well . Also, don't forget to try their milk tea ( If you love a good chai! ) Overall, the place maintains a traditional charm and provides great meal experience with attentive and friendly owners and quick service.

This place takes you directly to the yemen/gulf. Oh my God! Rice is awesome! Very generous portions. Lamb was super soft. Chicken was yummy. Sauces are the best. Offered salad for free. Super fresh! While leaving, they offered the best adani tea in Edmonton. Place is small better to order for takeaway. Very welcoming! Very much recommended
